Her Texture(Healthy Regimen Blueprint) we're committed to providing exceptional value and education to help you transform your scalp and hair health. As a small, growing business dedicated to your success, we've created a refund policy that balances fairness to both our customers and our business.
7-Day Evaluation Period
We offer a 7-day evaluation period from the date of your enrollment. During this time, you'll have access to Module 1 of the course, allowing you to experience our teaching style, course structure, and initial content.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request your refund within 7 days of enrollment
- Have completed no more than Module 1 of the course
- Submit your refund request in writing to [[email protected]]
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- You will receive a confirmation email within 72 business hours
- The refund will be processed back to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover transaction costs
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The 7-day evaluation period has passed
- You've accessed beyond Module 1 of the course
- You've downloaded the course materials or calendar system
- You've used your product bundle (as these are personalized items)
Product Bundle Considerations
If you've already received your product bundle:
- You may keep the products, but their retail value ($75) will be deducted from your refund
- Alternatively, you may return the products in unused condition at your expense for a full eligible refund
